Paris Pjs and Photography

Day 198

On Christmas Eve the girls always open one present which are always pjs, which they wear for Christmas morning. This year, we wanted to get them Paris pjs and could only find one pair which weren’t super tacky. Matching pjs it is. A first.

Amazon makes Christmas easy, no matter where you are. It’s a quick three step process, click buy, door knock, wrap it up.

Kier and Cali’s interests this year are both camera related, which is perfect for this year. They watch photography videos, tinker with their cameras, compare photos, all pretty sweet. Below is Kier helping Cali assemble her camera.

Madi has been doing more writing so we got her software for that. Her sisters read the latest chapters she’s written, they discuss the plot and the characters. I’ve needed a wallet for sometime now, it was disintegrating like dust in my purse. I got unique black one that will remind me of Paris every time I pull it out. Paul got a few pairs of boots. Everyone happy.

Paris

The best part of Christmas, was having the girls all here. They’re sharing a room, the girl cave, we call it. They draw the shades because Kier and Madi like it dark. In the morning they stagger out for Madeleines or coffee, depending on the kid. Days were spent baking cookies, watching photography videos, going to see Star Wars, eating moules frites, sitting in cafes, visiting museums, shopping in the Christmas markets. That’s why I love Christmas, all those distraction free, concentrated family moments.
