We take Halloween seriously in our house. We still go to a pumpkin patch, carve the pumpkins, have themed parties in full costume, tailor special treats and decor to go with the theme. Last year was Frozen. Since we do the full spectrum from Disney to Debauchery, this year the party theme was Rick and Morty.

But first things first–must find pumpkins. This year, in order to find a respectable pumpkin selection, we drove about a half an hour south to a Boys and Girls Club fund-raiser. It was worth the effort.

Cali still goes trick-or-treating with her friends. This year, they went as fruit, escorted by Belle and an interrupting cow.

Next was he party prep. The girls do the complete party package, a theme, decor, nibblies that go with the theme, and party games.

Later…some Cards Against Humanity.

We have a household of students, so this is what our morning after looks like.
