Day 334, Loutraki, Greece
Our main focus for the week was to hunker down for finals week in one location with good wifi. What better place to do it than a sweet seaside village in Greece. While Madi completed papers, took exams, and finished her first year of University (woot, woot), Cali keep working away at her online courses, Paul hiked and explored the mountains surrounding our village, and I did other important work like sampling Greek salads and admiring the spectacular turquoise water and lavender sunsets.
Living above the Funky Monkey.
Two observations; I’ve never seen water so turquoise and I’ve never seen slabs of feta atop Greek salads they way they do it here. They don’t sprinkle in the cheese, it comes in a substantial large rectangular block on the top of your salad. You could eat it like a burger.
